ICEQBS Partners with Goa Institute of Management to Deliver High-Impact Electives in Quality Engineering & Lean Six Sigma for PGDM Students
ICEQBS successfully delivered the Lean Six Sigma elective course for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM), strengthening its position as a leader in academic–industry collaboration. The program was led by senior Lean Six Sigma practitioner Mr. Annamalai, one of ICEQBS’s most respected experts.
The elective introduced a future-ready curriculum that combined Quality Engineering principles with globally recognized Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Designed to be practical and industry-aligned, the course equipped students with strong analytical and process improvement skills early in their academic journey.
Throughout the program, students participated in interactive workshops, hands-on tool application sessions, structured DMAIC frameworks, and real industry case studies. Under Mr. Annamalai’s guidance, 13 students formed four teams and completed four Lean Six Sigma projects addressing real business problems. Their final presentations demonstrated solid analytical thinking, effective root-cause analysis, and the ability to apply Lean Six Sigma tools with precision.
